A min cleaver in 4000 year old bog oak and AEB - L steel. It is a technical stainless steel balancing high hardness with good corrosion resistance. It maintains high toughness and sharpness. The blade surface has retained forge marks and dust from the blade steel grind forge welded in to give a patina and texture.
